Return Policy for May’s Way Scrub Line


At May’s Way, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.


Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

    •    Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

    •    In its original packaging with all tags still attached.

    •    Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at maysway25@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please note, returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect the product upon arrival and reach out to us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

    •    Custom-made items, personalized products, and perishable goods (e.g., skincare products).

    •    Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.


If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please don’t hesitate to contact us.


Exchanges:

For the fastest exchange, we recommend you return the item you no longer want, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
